Gli Oleandri is a new studio apartment set up in a sober and elegant style in a country villa with swimming pool, Casa 34. Completely independent and equipped with every comfort for 4 guests, it has a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a kitchen with peninsula and a relaxation area in a cozy mezzanine, a large bathroom with double sink, shower and accessories. Patio reserved for a relaxing breakfast overlooking the pine forest.
In the outdoor areas, guests have access to a swimming pool with solarium and whirlpool area, a large pine forest with hammocks, garden deck chairs, ping pong table and barbecue area. Parking at the property is free. The historic centre can be reached in 5 minutes by car and 10 minutes on foot. For larger groups, Casa 34 offers the possibility of staying for an additional 3 guests in the residence "La Bouganvillea" included in the same structure.
